DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IN ONE PACKAGE?

Since our products are being sent through our very own system, our products can be sent to you at different times. This can cause items to come in different packages. Sometimes your products will be in different packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. 

WHERE DO MY ITEMS COME FROM?

Our warehouses are located around the world. Reason being is that we look across the globe for the best technology to provide the best quality products for you so depending on what product you order, and where that distributor is located, we will determine where your product ships out from. We work with businesses in the US, UK, Canada, China, and Australia primarily. 

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT?

All of our prices and products are in USD, but we do also accept euro, British pound, and the Canadian dollar .

ARE YOU TRUSTED AND IS MY INFORMATION SECURE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Absolutely! Yes, we are. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and have been verified. Also, we have a GUARANTEED safe checkout. We do give refunds as soon as you contact us, and we figure out your current issue. Check our Refund Policy Page for more information. When shopping with us all your information is secure. We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be deposed of properly and safely.

WHY WAS I REFUNDED?

In most cases, this will never happen. However, there are some instances where a certain product is selling so fast, multiple orders come in at once, and get mixed up in the system. If your order was refunded, this is most likely the case. For your troubles you can contact us for a discount code on your next order as we want to ensue your experience with us is nothing but the best!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCTS TO REACH ME?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel an order once placed, please contact us immediately within 24 hours, as we are unable to change the status of your order once it left our distribution center.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT, WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the tracking system or own tracking system.

MY ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED, I THINK IT IS LOST?

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately we cannon re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.
